In the last 27 years, Pioneer Enterprises has come a long way to become one of the leading and innovative industrial packaging solutions provider in India. From fabricator to a one of the largest manufacturers and fabricators of total packaging solutions ranging from PP corrugated sheets, air bubble, PE foam, stretch films, and shrink films. The company caters to around 400 clients across India, with some clients exporting their products to various countries. Our journey this far is worth mentioning, which was challenging and truly rewarding as well.
1997
Pioneer Enterprises Founded
Pioneer Enterprises is founded by Mr. Ranjan Munshi in Pune, India, with the goal of providing targeted solutions to the packaging industry based on customer needs.
1998
Air Bubble Bags Development
Developed air bubble bags for Bajaj scooters.
1999
Foam Packing for Bajaj Three-Wheeler
Designed and developed foam packing for Bajaj three-wheeler windshields, earning Bajaj Quality Circle a national award.
2000
Air Bubble Packing for Telco
Developed air bubble packing for Telco (now Tata Motors) spare parts.
2001
Introduction of Reusable PP Flute Board Boxes
Introduced reusable PP flute board boxes and crates for automobile industries in Maharashtra.
2003
ISO 9001 : 2001 Certification
Pioneer Enterprises receives ISO 9001:2001 certification.
2005
Manufacturing Air Bubble Film
Started manufacturing air bubble film, procuring a state-of-the-art plant from Europe. This was the first air bubble plant in Maharashtra.
2006
Increased Air Bubble Film Production
Increased air bubble film production with a second 2-meter plant.
2007
Establishment of New Facility
Established an ultra-modern state-of-the-art facility at Sanaswadi, with over 30,000 square feet of additional floor space.
2013
16 Years of Operation
Pioneer Enterprises has been in operation for around 16 years and continues to focus on challenging themselves in terms of process, workmanship, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.

Patent Application and Grant
Pioneer Enterprises files a patent application on 22nd May for "PP FLUTE WONDER BOARD WITH TWO NOVEL U SHAPED INTERMEDIATES AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF."

IATF certification
Started Auto Component Division and got IATF certification

Patent Granted
Pioneer Enterprises is granted the patent for "PP FLUTE WONDER BOARD WITH TWO NOVEL U SHAPED INTERMEDIATES AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF" on 17th August.
